THIS IS WHERE CHANGE BEINGS: PROVEN SCIENCE, NEW TECHNOLOGY

Resistance breathing is a scientifically-supported way to manage stress by replacing your “fight or flight” response with your “rest and digest” response.

In moments of stress, people often take shallow, quick breaths, reinforcing feelings of anxiety and tension.

Breathing slowly and with resistance trains us to replace these unhealthy breathing patterns with healthier ones, thereby decreasing stress and its negative effects.

Hear from Users

During my exam I started to feel really nervous, I thought ok, this is the time. I used the AIRpen and my muscles became less tense and my mind was clear.
I used the AIRpen as a way to take a break during studying. Usually when I study, I get frustrated and want to give up. When it happened, I stopped and did a breathing exercise. It reminded me to take a break and helped me to keep going.
I tried the AIRpen before going to bed. I had done breathing exercises in the past to try to sleep, but usually it is difficult to turn off my mind. The AIRpen kept me focused on the breathing exercise and helped me fall asleep.
I found that it helped me wind down and think more clearly when I used the AIRpen.
