Here’s how it works:
- Slide the trigger and inhale slowly through the AIRpen to find an airflow resistance that is comfortable for you.
- Hold the trigger in place or use the lock feature while slowly filling your lungs for approximately 6 to 8 seconds.
- Remove the pen from your mouth and exhale normally.
